![]() The Necromancer’s dark magic allows players to convert towns to cities of the dead, filled obedient Ghoul minions. Other units are summoned, such as the Banshee, which invokes despair in the hearts of the living. The Necromancer creates spectacular undead units, such as the Bone Collector, a crablike monstrosity which eats corpses to strengthen itself. Many are masters of the flame, which they believe pleases their god.The Necromancer’s legions march to establish an eternal kingdom, unifying all the world’s races in death. They are clever with magic and move quickly across the battlefield, able to avoid many obstacles in combat. Their natural curiosity about necromancy and the passing of regal souls into kingdoms of glory in the afterlife inspires them to construct massive tombs. ![]() They worship the sun and track the cycle of day and night life and death. The most devout strive to unleash their inner predator, seeing mercy as weakness. A large proportion of Tigrans worship a new incarnation of the ancient Fire Wizard-god Yaka as the Sun God. Their reclusiveness has given rise to some rather extreme religious sects. But when opportunity favors them, they pounce and kill without mercy. Reclusive and mystical, they tend not to get involved in the conflicts of the pupulous northern lands. Tigrans are a race of feline humanoids, hailing from remote desert lands.
